What is the email health score for

The email health score checks a domain's SPF, DMARC, DKIM and MX configuration in one pass: whether sender authorization is complete, whether anti-spoofing policy is in place, whether DKIM signing keys are strong enough, and whether MX records can receive mail — then aggregates everything into a weighted 0–100 score with a letter grade.

It is handy for verifying a new domain's email setup, confirming the authentication chain after switching mail providers, troubleshooting messages flagged as spam, and sharing a clear email-security health report with clients or colleagues.

Frequently asked questions

How is the email health score calculated?

Each of SPF, DMARC, DKIM and MX is scored individually, then combined by weight into a 0–100 overall score and an A–F grade. Items that could not be evaluated (status 'Not evaluated') are excluded from the overall score.

If my score is low, what should I fix first?

Fix items marked 'Critical' first — usually a missing SPF/DMARC record or an MX that cannot receive mail — then address 'Warning' items such as a DMARC policy still at p=none or a short DKIM key. Recommendations are sorted by severity.

Can I share the report?

Yes. Click 'Save & share' to generate a report link valid for 30 days; you can copy the link, share a QR code, or embed it as an iframe in a web page.
